Question 1

What is Boostly?

Accepted Answer

Boostly gives creators one shareable profile for every platform and a directory where people discover them using available public audience numbers.

Question 2

What counts as audience reach?

Accepted Answer

Audience reach combines supported public YouTube subscriber and Bluesky follower totals. These numbers appear automatically when a creator adds their social details. Reddit activity is shown separately because activity is not the same as followers.

Question 3

What about Instagram, TikTok and X?

Accepted Answer

Those platforms do not provide public follower totals reliably, so Boostly shows them as direct links without inventing a number.

Question 4

Is it free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating and sharing a Boostly profile is free.

Question 5

How is the directory ordered?

Accepted Answer

The organic directory is ordered by available audience reach. Profiles without a supported public total remain discoverable after profiles with totals.

Question 6

How do brand enquiries work?

Accepted Answer

Turn on Open to work in My Boostly. Visitors can then send an enquiry from your public profile without seeing your private email address.

Question 7

What is a Boost?

Accepted Answer

A Boost places your profile in a clearly labelled Featured section for the period you choose. It does not change your organic audience-reach position.

Question 8

Can I edit or remove my profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in to My Boostly to update your details and links, manage enquiries and boosts, or remove your profile.

Question 9

Is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments are handled by Stripe. Boostly never sees or stores your card details.

Question 10

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. See the Refunds page for the 14-day policy and request a refund from My Boostly.
